Kaia FIT Sierra - West Reno

Kaia is such a gem of place. It is a place where I feel comfortable just being me. Classes are different and cater to where you are at. There are folks at all different levels and it's amazing! Highly recommend this place.

Kaia Fit Sierra is a special place where woman can work out, get motivated, and kick butt! I love this location because you can see the sun rise through all of the windows:) 5/22 Update Kaia Fit Sierra is providing me so much during the COVID 19 shutdown. From coach support to live-streamed classes, Kaia is rocking it! 1/9/23 update: Kaia Fit Sierra West has a variety of class types and times. The space has a calm and inviting vibe:) 5/11/23 update: multiple class times so you don't have an excuse to go! 9/27/23 update: Come for the workouts, stay for the awesome people!

I cannot say enough good things about Kaia FIT Sierra! It's such an incredibly motivating space! The West Reno studio is absolutely an excellent studio to start with. The 5am regulars are the most welcoming women! I have a blast every time I join one of their classes.

The West Reno location with Kaia FIT Sierra is one of the top fitness locations in this area. It serves the women of our community on so many levels. They offer a variety of classes: cross training, TRX, yoga, barre, just to name a few. I have found that the coaching from the trainers to be extremely professional and they are also very knowledgeable in their industry. A few times a year, Kaia Fit offers boot camps that really challenge the Kaia girls on a physical, mental and nutritional level. I just love Kaia FIT and I always get in the best shape when I am committed to their programs and classes.

Kaia Fit is a great workout gym for women. The West gym is located in the NW Reno in a large shopping plaza (that is usually empty during classes). The location has many windows that looks out to the mountains, which are nice to look at when you are taking a barre class. This location has all the Kaia classes; TRX, Barre, Yoga-Pilates and Cross-training classes. I recommend this gym to any woman of any age. If you go to the classes you will get stronger and have great workouts with great women.
